Dal Dosa

Kids generally hesitate to eat dal, and we have to explain them a lot about dal's nutritional value. This recipe would make mom's life little easier. Moreover, if you have excess dal, then you can try out this recipe.

I have two dal dosas in the morning and that keeps my stomach full for hours.

For those who do not like to be loaded with dal, then you have to put little dal and spread it on the dosa. Dal dosa goes well with sambar but again, would you want to have sambar made out of dal??? So, try dal dosa with chutney and thuvaiyal.
