I love having guests at home. People have different tastes…some would have bland taste…some spicy…some would be very health conscious…When it comes to cooking for guests and choosing balanced recipes, I become little anxious on choosing the right recipes. Also, I would want to finish my cooking fast and spend some quality time with them. I thought some of you may experience the same like me. I have created a menu plan for my guests and it has worked out well thus far. I thought I should share it in my Corner too. If you have any suggestions, do let me know.
