Peanut Rice

Ingredients


Raw Peanuts - 1 Cup
Boiled Rice - 2 Cups
Red Chillies - 3
White/Black Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup
Salt
Oil
Peanut Rice

Preparation

In a pan, heat oil. Add peanuts, salt, coriander leaves, red chillies, boiled rice and pepper powder in an order. Fry for 5 minutes.

Now, Peanut Rice is ready!!!
